ADU California exists to make the earliest part of a residential project clearer — before decisions are made and before money is spent.
Most homeowners begin an ADU or home improvement project with more questions than answers. We are building a place to start: education first, help second, personalization third, and professional connections only when a homeowner is ready.
ADU California is a privately operated, independent platform. It is not the State of California, a state agency, a city or county agency, a building department, or a government program, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
Where official government resources are relevant, we identify them clearly as external official sources rather than presenting them as our own.
